Will Book B Page 486 Georgia – Talbot County In the name of my Heavenly Father upon whom I rely, both in time and eternity and knowing that I must soon depart this life and deeming it proper to make my will, I, W.H. Searcy, do make this my last will and testament. Item First: I give and bequeath to my daughters Mattie and Ella, my lot of land known as Lot No. 257 to be equally divided between them. Item Second. I give my lot of land known as the Fisher lot to William, my son, a one-half interest and the other half of interest in said lot to the heirs of my son Kinch, and they are to pay Two Hundred dollars to Ella and Mattie jointly to equalize them. Item Third: It is my will that what is known as my home lot consisting of 160 acres, more or less, and on which my residence is situated to be sold to my son, D.B. Searcy, for Two Thousand dollars and that the proceeds be divided among all of my heirs. W.H. Searcy (LS) Signed and published by W.H. Codicil I, W.H. Searcy, make this a codicil to my will. Item 1st. I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law, Allie King Searcy, all the timber on the lot of land No. 257 or Centerville lot, and the timber on the lot of land known as the Fisher lot. She can have ten years after my death to dispose of the timber. W.H. Searcy Signed and published by W.H.
