Used with permission HART This site is located one mile southwest of an unpaved county road identified as road # 33 on the county map and also referred to as the MalcomPlace Road. The field road leading near the cemetery is about one mile southeast of the home of Thomas Irby Jackson. To find the cemetery one should follow the field road and bear left until he encounters a barbed wire fence on the left. Follow the fence heading north for about 80 yards. The burial area is a long narrow area enclosed by a very old and crumbling stone wall. There is evidence of about 12 graves but only one engraved marker. This place has been known as the Tilley Place and is south of the Chambers Place. Samuel Hart's wife, Susannah Boring Hart 1758 1837 is probably buried here, too. Samuel Hart 1755 1808 Lieut. 9 NC Regt. Rev. War Susannah Boring Hart (probable burial) 1758-1837
