Henry Burley Jones Co K 8 Ga Inf CSA

There are at least two other small graves and at least four
other adult graves, one of which is most likely Margaret Rudislll
Shivers Jones, wife of Henry B. Jones.

This burial place can be found by following a clearly marked
natural gas pipeline right of way that crosses an unpaved county
road identified as Road #26 on the county map also known as the
Doug Stewart Road.  This road leads from the Malcom Place Road to
the Hancock County line.  It leads from the home of Roy Taylor by
the former home of Doug and Hattle Stewart to Hancock County.
Follow the pipeline in a westerly direction for about 250 yards
from the Doug Stewart Road, then walk toward the north for about
70 yards.  It is just to the east of a ravine and has several dog-
wood trees in its midst.
