This road runs east and west between Highway 47 and the Sandy Gross Road. The cemetery is about 150 yards west of the Washington Branch of the Georgia Railroad. We could find little evidence of the cemetary on 7-19-78 but according to Mr. Lewis the originators of Mount Olive Baptist Church originally planned to build their church at this site and even brought lumber for that purpose. Plans were changed, however, and the church was built at its present location. Mr. Boy Smith says Cilia Davis, wife of Cleveland Davis and an infant of Bessie Bailey are buried here.
