STATE OF GEORGIA
Taliaferro County.

This Indenture, Made and entered into this the 2nd day of December in the year 
of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nineteen between Mrs. Sallie Taylor 
of the State of Georgia and County of Taliaferro duly constituted 
Administratrix of the estate of W. C. Taylor deceased, late of Taliaferro 
County, in the State of Georgia party of the first part, and W. D. Bradley of 
the State of Georgia and County of Greene party of the second part, WITNESSETH:

That said party of the first part, by virtue of an order granted by the 
Honorable the Court of Ordinary of Taliaferro County, on the first Monday in 
September, 1919 (previous notice of application for leave to sell the land 
hereinafter described, belonging to the estate of said deceased, having been 
given by publication as required by law), did, on the first Tuesday in October 
1919, within the legal hours of sale, at the place of public sales at the court-
house in said county put up and expose to sale, at public outcry, to the 
highest bidder (after said sale had been duly advertised by publication as 
required by law, and after all requirements of law had been fully complied 
with), the lot or parcel of land lying and being in the 607th district, G. M., 
Taliaferro County, Georgia, bounded on the north by lands of Hawes Cloud, east 
by lands of Mrs. Falby Harrison, south by the Georgia Railroad, and west by 
lands of Emma Ellington, containing ninety seven (97) acres, more or less, 
known as the W. C. Taylor place.
