Beazley, Ordinary for said county, by John L. Hill, two Oxen, described as follows: One no-horned, of white and red color, with a smooth crop in the left ear, and swallow fork in the right; also one Ox of deep red color, with wide horns, with smooth crop in left ear, and swallow fork in right ear. Said Oxen taken up on said Hill’s premises in said county, on the 26th day of November last, and appraised by John R. Kendrick and M. Maher, freeholders of said county, to be worth thirty dollars. The owner is requested to come forward, prove property, pay all expenses and taken them away, or they will be dealt with as the law directs.
