Z. Andrews ordinary of Taliaferro county, were delighted to see him in the courthouse today. Judge Andrews sustained a broken hip in a fall more than four months ago and this is the second time he has been to the courthouse since, the other time being when he was taken in a rolling chair so that he could have the pleasure of casting his vote for the Democratic ticket Nov 6. It is expected that he will soon be able to be in his office regularly. In point of service Judge Andrews is one of the oldest ordinaries in the state, having been continuously in that office since January 1, 1901.
