Mrs. Sarah L. Atchison
Crawfordville, Ga.    Mrs. Sarah L. Atchison, 68, of Crawfordville, died 
Wednesday.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Jennings Baptist Church with 
the Rev. Edward Sawyer officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.

A native of Taliaferro County, Ga. She was a member of Jennings Baptist Church 
and the Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include a son, D. B. Atchison, Crawfordville; daughter, Mrs. Harold 
Stewart, Crawfordville; and three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Hatfield, Mrs. Sam Sisson 
and Mrs. Lucille Anderson all of Norwood, Ga.

Pallbearers will be E. Winston Reynolds, T. C. Harrington, Owen Lunceford, 
Harold Frasier Richards, Luther Wright and Cohen Wright.

Friends may call at Hopkins Funeral Home, Washington, Ga., then at the church 
one hour prior to services.  The family will be at the residence of Mrs. Harold 
Stewart.



Additional Comments:
Sarah Ledbetter was born in 1902, died April 1970, daughter of Alexander S. 
Ledbetter and Lovie Elizabeth Walker.  She married Eddie B. Atchison, December 
27, 1922, Taliaferro Co., GA.
