Graveside Services Held In Sharon For Mr. William H. (Bill) Dozier

Mr. William H. Dozier, 87, of Daytona Beach, Florida died Thursday, January 30, 
1997 at Halifax Medical Center.

Graveside services were held Monday, February 3, 1997 at 3:00 at the Sharon 
Methodist Church Cemetery in Sharon, Georgia.

Mr. Dozier, a native of Taliaferro County, had lived in Daytona Beach for 39 
years.  He was a real estate agent and former member and chairman of the 
Taliaferro County Commission.  He was mayor of Crawfordville for eight years.  
He was a member of Canon Universal Church, Canon, Georgia.  He was the son of 
the late Mr. Charles Dozier and the late Mrs. Kate Jackson Dozier.

Survivors include his wife, Juddye Bowers Dozier; a daughter, Blanche 
Sturdivant, Crawfordville; and four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Sharon Methodist Church Cemtery (sic) Fund.
