Mrs. Veazey Rhodes

CRAWFORDVILLE, GA. - Entered into rest June 9, 2001, Mrs. Veazey Mae Andrews 
Rhodes, 88, of Broad Street, Crawfordville.

   Mrs. Rhodes was a native of Greene County, GA., a homemaker and member of 
First Presbyterian Church Crawfordville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the 
late Ira Otis Andrews and the late Lilla Elizabeth Hancock and the wife of the 
late Mr. Marvin H. Rhodes.

   Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Joanne Rhodes Wiehelm and John 
Wiehelm of Crawfordville; one sister, Anna Marie Gay of Fayetteville, GA.; one 
grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

   Services will be held 2 p.m. June 12, 2001, from First Presbyterian Church, 
Crawfordville with Rev. Reggie Hasslet and Rev. John Autry officiating. Burial 
in Crawfordville City Cemetery.

   Pallbearers will be Carl Beck, Fred Herndon, Charles Green, Larry Stewart, 
Bobby Moore and Robert H. Kendrick.

   The body will be placed in church one hour prior to service.

   Callaway Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
