Mrs. Gertrude Tuggle
Crawfordville, Ga. – Mrs. Gertrude M. Tuggle, 95, died Friday at a Union Point, 
Ga., nursing home.  
   The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in M. W. Callaway and Sons Funeral 
Home chapel, Crawfordville, with the Revs. Mike Hudman and Floyd Jenkins 
officiating.  Burial will be in the Crawfordville Cemetery.  
   Mrs. Tuggle was a native of Taliaferro County and a member of the 
Crawfordville Baptist Church.  
   Survivors include two nieces and two nephews.  
   Pallbearers include Owen Lunsford, Winston Reynolds, Frank Mitchum III, 
Richard Fowler, George Williams Jr. and K. Willie Dye.
   Friends may call at the funeral home until the hour of service.  




Additional Comments:
Gertrude Mitchell was born August 10, 1881, died November 26, 1976, Union 
Point, She was daughter of John H. Mitchell and Georgia A. Moore.  Gertrude was 
married late in life to Charles B. Tuggle, October 24, 1946, Taliaferro Co.  
Charlie Tuggle was son of William L. Tuggle and Emma Louise Wilkes.
