I, Joe W. Taylor, of Taliaferro County and State of Georgia considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make and declare and publish this my Last will and testament. Item First. All of my debts to be paid first and all the rest of my estate I give to my beloved wife Madora Taylor to witt all the money I may have at the time of my death and all the lands and appertenances situated thereon more fully described by deeds and plats which I now hold and which are now on record in the Clerks office of the Superior Court of the above State and County and all stock consisting of horses mules cows and hogs; and corn fedder peas hay all other perishable property that I may die possessed of to have and to hold the same during her natural life for the support of herself my minor child or children and unmarried daughter or daughters. Item Second. All the rents and profits arising from the above mentioned property shall not become subject to any present past or future debt that my wife may make but shall be used by my wife as set forth in item the first in this will. Item Third. All of the property mentioned in item one and two of this will I give to my beloved wife Madora Taylor during her natural life and at her death to be equally divided between my children share and share alike and that of my estate which shall fall by equal distribution to my children shall not become subject to any debt they may ever make and the rents and profits arising from said interest in my estate shall not become subject to any debt they the children shall make but shall be used as they the children may desire to use it. Item Fourth. If any of my children desire to sell their interest in my estate that will fall by equal distribution to them I require that said interest be reinvested in real estate stocks or bonds and that said reinvestment shall be used by them as set forth in Item three of this will. Item Fifth. If any of my children die without children that child or childrens part of my estate shall revert back to my estate and be equally divided between my other children and such interest shall comply with item three of this will. Item Six. I hereby appoint Robt. L. Taylor, T. W. Taylor and Joel Taylor my sons as Executors to this my last will and testament and that said Executors are to serve without pay or commission. /s/ Joe (X his mark) Taylor Signed sealed declared and published by the said Joe W. Taylor, deceased, admitted to probate in open Court in common form, at May Term, 1909. This 3rd day of May 1909 /s/ M. Z. Taylor’s last will; and being duly sworn, saith that he with Dr. L. R. Brown and W. Marion Kendrick at the request of Joel W. Taylor and in his presence and in presence of each other, did attest as witnesses the within writing as Joel W. Taylor’s last will; that the same was signed and published by Joel W. Taylor in their presence as his last will; that he was at the time of said attestation and signing by him of sound and disposing mind and memory; that he executed the within paper voluntarily. John R. Kendrick Sworn to and subscribed before me, This 3rd day of May 1909. /s/ M. Z. Andrews, Ordinary. Georgia, Taliaferro County; To Whom it may concern; Whereas, at a regular term of the Court of Ordinary for said County, on the 3rd, day of May, 1909, the last Will and testament of Joel W. Taylor late of said County, deceased, was duly proved and admitted to record, and it was ordered that letters testamentary issue to R. L. Taylor, Joel Taylor, and T. W. Taylor, the executors named in said Will, upon their taking the oath of office; Now, therefore, the said R. L. Taylor, Joel Taylor and T. W. Taylor, having taken said oath, are by these presents, authorized and empowered to act as executors, of said will, and to administer all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, lands and tenements of said deceased, according to said will and the laws of said State.
