It appearing to the Court that a bill of indictment has been found against 
Elam Sapp for false swearing by falsely swearing to the truth of a certain 
affidavit; and that said affidavit is now in Court offered in evidence in 
another case; ordered that said affidavit be deposited in the registry of this 
Court for the purpose of the prosecution of said bill of indictment.

[Comment:  There is a William B. Fleming in the 1850 census for Chatham.  He 
is listed as a lawyer.  There is a W B Fleming in the 1860 census for Liberty, 
but he is listed as a planter.  Both are born about 1804/5 so it’s possible 
they are the same person.]
