Glisson is entitled by law to be appointed Administrator of said estate, he being of kin to said Mary E. Glisson, deceased. Petitioner would further state that he is a resident of said State, and that the personal estate of said Mary E. Glisson, deceased, is worth about one thousand Dollars. This August 10, 1908. D.B.
