Purvis, Ordinary of Said County: The petition of J.M. Glisson shows that he is the Fother (sic) of Willie G. Glisson, Ward S. Gisson (sic), Marven R. Glisson, Ollie May Glisson, Vera Dell Glisson, Wilson F. Glisson and Mattie Lee Glisson, minors, residing in said County; that said minors has an estate of probably Six Hundred Dollars coming to them from J.M. Rewis estate. Petitioner prays an order appointing him Guardian of the property of said minor J.M. Glisson, Petitioner. ORDER Tattnall Court of Ordinary. October 4, 1926 Upon reading and considering the petition of J.M. Glisson the fother (sic) of Willie G. Glisson, Ward S. Glisson, Marven R. Glisson, Ollie May Glisson, Vera Dell Glisson, [Willson is struck through] F. Glisson and Mattie Lee Glisson it is ordered that the said J.M. Glisson be, and he is hereby, appointed Natural Guardian of the property of said minors, and that he give bond and security, as required by law, in the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars, and take and subscribe the oath as required by such Guardians. Glisson, Marven R. Glisson, Olie Mae Glisson, Vera Dell Glisson, William F. Glisson and Mattie Lee Glisson and will faithfully account with my said wards for their estate. So help me God. J.M. Minor children of NATURAL GUARDIAN’S BOND Filed in office this 4 day of October 1926 E.E. Purvis, Ordinary. Georgia, Tattnall County. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, J.M. Glisson and W.L. Glisson are bound unto E.E. Purvis Ordinary of said County, and his successors in office, in the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars, for payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, jointly and severally. Signed, sealed and delivered, this 4 day of October 1926 The Condition of the above Bond is such, That if said J.M. Glisson the Natural Guardian of his children Willie G. Glisson, Ward S. Glisson, Marven R. Glisson, Olie May Glisson, Vera Dell Glisson, Wilson F. Glisson and Mattie Lee Glisson to whom there is coming from the estate of J.M. Rewis property of the value of Six Hundred Dollars, shall well and truly demean as according to law, as Guardian of such funds when received by him then the above bond to be null and void, else to remain in full force.
