To the Hon. C.L. Cheney, Ordinary of Said County:
     The petition of Mrs. S.H. Glisson shows that she is the mother of Harvey 
age 13 years, Lucy age 10 years, Clyde age 6 years, and Dave age 4 years, 
minors, residing in said County; that said minors have an estate of probably 
Four Hundred Dollars coming to them from D.B. Glisson estate.
     Petitioner prays an order appointing her Guardian of the property of said 
minors
                              Mrs. S.H. Glisson, Petitioner.

ORDER
          Tattnall Court of Ordinary.
               July Term, 1921
     Upon reading and considering the petition of Mrs. S.H. Glisson the mother 
of Harvey, Lucy, Clyde and Dave it is ordered that the said Mrs. S.H. Glisson 
be, and she is hereby, appointed Natural Guardian of the property of said 
minors, and that she give bond and security, as required by law, in the sum of 
Eight Hundred Dollars, and take and subscribe the oath as required by such 
Guardians.

     I, Mrs. S.H. Glisson, do swear that I will well and truly perform all the 
duties required of me as Guardian of Harvey, Lucy, Clyde and Dave and will 
faithfully account with my said wards for their estate. So help me God.

          To Mrs. S.H. Glisson Greeting:
     You the said Mrs. S.H. Glisson having duly applied for Natural 
Guardianship of your minor children Harvey, Lucy, Clyde and Dave and in 
pursuance of an order granted by the Ordinary of said County at his Court held 
in and for said County on the first Monday in July 1921 taken oath and given 
bond required by law; these are, therefore, to authorize and charge you to 
receive, collect and take charge of the estate, both real and personal, of 
your minor children Harvey, Lucy, Clyde and Dave and to all other things, 
which by law are required of you, as Natural Guardian of said minors, to which 
trust you are hereby appointed, with all the authority of Natural Guardian 
under the laws of this State.
     Witness my official signature and seal of office, this 5th day of July 
1921

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
     That we, Mrs. S.H. Glisson and Lester Jarriel are bound unto C.L. Cheney 
Ordinary of said County, and his successors in office, in the sum of Eight 
Hundred Dollars, for payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs and 
assigns, jointly and severally.
     Signed, sealed and delivered, this 5th day of July 1921
     The Condition of the above Bond is such, That if said Mrs. S.H. Glisson 
the Natural Guardian of her children Harvey, Lucy, Clyde and Dave to whom 
there is coming from the estate of D.B. Glisson property of the value of Four 
Hundred Dollars, shall well and truly demean herself according to law, as 
Guardian of such funds when received by her then the above bond to be null and 
void, else to remain in full force.

Tattnall Court of Ordinary.
                           July Term 1921
     Mrs. S.H. Glisson Natural Guardian of her children Harvey, Lucy, Clyde 
and Dave having come into open Court, and tendered to the Court good bond and 
security, which is hereby accepted by the Court, for the Guardianship of the 
property of said minors, to-wit: Harvey, Lucy, Clyde and Dave of Eight Hundred 
Dollars; it is ordered by the Court that said bond be recorded, and that Mrs. 
S.H. Glisson be, and is hereby, vested with all the authority of Guardian of 
this property, to receive the same and manage it according to law.

Their mother: Mrs. S.H. Glisson [Soloman H.] is Tressie Jarriel Glisson.
