First Verdict at October Term, 1911


   The following jurors were empaneled and sworn to try above stated case:

J. H. Davis,          J.P. Adamson,     R. R. Tippins,
P. C. Kicklighter,    W. T. Moring,     A. O. Phillips,
J. J. McArthur,       V. J. Godbee,     F. M. Alexander,
W. H. Deal            L. W. Banks,      J. H. Moore

and who found the following verdict:  We, the jury, find the sufficient 
proofshave been submitted to our consideration to authorize the grant of a 
total divorce; that is to say, a divorce a vinculo matrimonii, between the 
partiesupon the legal principles.

These records are from the Superior Court.  There will be more record 
transcriptions.  

I All transcritions of Tattnall Co., Ga. records are in Memory of my Parents; 
John Solomon Hagans & Joyce Jarriel Hagans.  Both of them have deep roots in 
Bulloch & Tattnall, Co., Ga.

I have found that there is little transcription of any records for Reidsville, 
Tattnall Co., Ga.  It is my intention to transcribe these records so that so 
that everyone will have free access.
