Filed to Apri; Term, 1911 First Verdict at October Term, 1911 The following jurors were empaneled and sworn to try above stated case: J. H. Davis, J.P. Adamson, R. R. Tippins, P. C. Kicklighter, W. T. Moring, A. O. Phillips, J. J. McArthur, V. J. Godbee, F. M. Alexander, W. H. Deal L. W. Banks, J. H. Moore and who found the following verdict: We, the jury, find the sufficient proofshave been submitted to our consideration to authorize the grant of a total divorce; that is to say, a divorce a vinculo matrimonii, between the partiesupon the legal principles.
