No idea what “munnel lodges” means.] Anson McCall affadavit for a warrant on Elam Sapp ---------- Georgia Tattnall County} Before me Philip P Hodges a Justice of the Peace for Said County personaly came Anson G. McCall who being duly sworn deposeth and saith an oath that one Elam Sapp of said county did on or about on the 17th Seventeenth day of March last did cause to be written a certin affadavit and signed in witch he was duly sworn before John M. Dasher a Justice of the Peace in Said County in whitch he did acuse Anson G. McCall John Coward William Coward and John Salten and others with having held munnel lodges at the home of John Coward in said county which said affadavit so made and Signed by the Said Elam Sapp as aforesaid. Deponent Saith an oath is false and malicious and purgery in every particular. Wherefore deponent preys that a warrant may be granted or issue for the apprehention of the Said Elam Sapp that he may be delt with as the law directs. Sworn to and Subscribed Anson G.
