[Comment: There was a Charles Bount, 56 years old and a farmer in the 1850 census for Tattnall County.] We command you to research an accurate survey of the premises in dispute, carefully delineating all interfering lines if any, and return a platt of the same to the next Superior Court to be held in and for the County of Tatnall on the Thursday after the Second Monday in April next, and that you give to the parties at interest at least ten days notice of the time and place of commencing the said resurvey of the said premises in dispute. Witness the Honorable Ebenezer Starns Judge of said Superior Court this 25th day of February 1850. [Comment: There is an Ebenezer Starns in Richmond County in the 1850 census and he is listed as a superior court judge.] (Signed) J. B. Smith Clerk [Comment: I was not able to find a J.B. Smith in Tattnall in 1850.
