Note that there are a number of misspellings. The words are transcribed exactly. The handwriting of the signatures is different than that of the document suggesting this is the real signature of McCall and Coward.] Anson G. McCall and John Coward Bond for prosecution -------------- Georgia Tattnall County} Known all men by these presents that we Anson G. McCall and John Coward are held and firmly bound unto his Excelency the Governor of Georgia and to his successors in office in the just and full sum of Two Hundred Dollars for the true payment of which we bind ourselves our heirs Executors and administrators Jointly and Severly firmly by these Presents Sealed with our Seals and dated the 11th September 1857. The condition of the above obligation is Such that if the said Anson G. McCall shall appear at the next Superior Court for Said County to prosicute Elam Sapp for the offense of Pergery that the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue S..
