POWER OF ATTORNEY

Georgia, Tattnall County,
Know all men by these presents that I  E. A. Moore of the County and state 
aforesaid for divers good causes and considerations me here unto nowing have 
made ordered and appointed and by these presents do make ordain and appoint M. 
J. Moody of the said state and county my true and lawful attorney for me and in 
my name and for my own use proper benefit to ask demand sue for recover and 
receive from the estate of John Nevils deceased and in all cases in law equity 
whatsoever and take all lawful ways & means or otherwise to command and agree 
for me in my name to make seal & deliver and to do all other lawful acts and 
things whatsoever concerning the same and aquited or other suffice receipt and 
discharges for the same fo me in my name to make seal & deliver and to do all 
other lawful acts and things whatsoever concerning the premises as fully and 
every respect as I myself might or could do were personally present at the 
doing thereof and for me and in my name to bargain sell & convey in fee simple 
and titles to execute the purpose aforesaid to make and ajourn at his pleasure 
to revoke ratify and confirm and by these presents allowing whatsoever my said 
attorney shall n my name do or cause to be done in and about the premises by 
virtue of these presents. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
seal this 10 day of March 1862
