It’s possible that it’s associated with land acquisitions.] Notice for James Tillman I have this day served a copy of this notice personally to James Tillman between one and two o’clock this day. March 16th 1858. M. J. Hagin Shrff ------- Georgia Tattnall County} .. James Tillman. You are hereby required to give up to me, as Prosecuting officer for the state of Georgia, a certain affidavit made by one Elam Sapp on or about the 16th March 1857 before one John M. Dasher a justice of the peace in for said county of Tattnall, in which said affidavit the said Elam Sapp swears that to the in substance + effect that there had been two Nourrell lodges held in the county of Tattnall, at the house of John Coward, consisting of Anson McCall, Andrew W.
