DEED OF GIFT -  William Moore to his son Eli A. Moore
Tattnall County, Georgia

State of Georgia, Tattnall County.
                                    This indenture made this the 13th day of 
June eighteen hundred and fifty nine between William Moore of the County and 
state aforesaid of the one part and Eli A. Moore of the same place of the 
other part, Witnesseth that the said William Moore for and in consideration of 
the sum of one hundred and sixty four dollars to him in hand paid at and 
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged hath this day sold and conveyed and doth by these presents 
sell and convey unto Eli A. Moore his executors and administrators and assigns 
all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of 
Tattnall containing one hundred and sixty four acres more or less bounded as a 
Plat of the same will prove By Smith Dyas Branch Banks and Moore’s land To 
have and to hold said tract or parcel of land to him the said Eli A. Moore his 
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. The said Eli A. Moore to have and to 
hold and use all the natural rights of said land and its natural products 
while I live to cut hew clear cultivate and same as his right separate from my 
estate and writs whatever.
