I William Moore of Tattnall County and State of Georgia being of Sound disposing mind and memory and being desirous to Settle my worldly affairs while I have Strength So to do,, Do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all will by me at any time heretofore made. And first I commit my Soul to God who give it and my body I desire to be buried in a decent and Christian manner, and my worldly Estate I dispose of as follows. Item 1st I desire and direct that all my Just debts be paid without delay by my Executor hereinafter named as I am unwilling my creditors Should be delayed of their rights especially as there is no necesity for delay Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my wife Mary and my three children to wit Julian, Bitha Orahites, and Dicy Trucilla my bay mare, five cows and calves, five head of Stock Sheep five head of Stock hogs one hose cart and buggy also all my household and kitchen furniture also a sufficiency of provision for twelve months Support free from all charges or limitation whatever to their own proper use benefit and behoove forever,, I also give to my wife for and during her natural life or widdow hood two hundred acres of land including the house and plantation where I now live also the remaining portion of a five hundred acre tract adjoining my plantation originally granted to me. Item 3rd The Ballance of my property both real and personal whatever and wherever it may be found I desire and direct to be sold and equally divided among my eight children by my former wife and my three children by my present wife. Item 4th I constitute and appoint my Son Wm. N. Moore and Thos. F.
