Lockett (Sol) Died Sept 1912 Mr. Lockett is survived by two daughters, Mrs. J.A. Matthews, of Reynolds and Miss Emma Lockett, of Macon, and two sons, Messrs. Robert and James Lockett. Sept 23, 1879 Butler Herald On the 16 Sept, 1876, little Virginia Clay Lockett, infant daughter of Mrs. & Mrs. Sol H. Lockett, died. She was often called the "centennial baby" having been born on July 4, 1876. Died at the age of 3 years, 2 months and 12 days had whooping cough and typhoid fever. July 26, 1904 Mrs. Lockett, wife of Sol Locket died on Sunday. Was about 60 years old. Large family of children, some of whom are Mrs. J.A. Matthews, James, Robert and Miss Emma Lockhart.
