Philmon and Barbara Anne Philemon during their family research. The cemetery stones and park were provided by Rodney Philmon as a tribute to his great grandparents, his family, and the Old Grey Line on this 2nd day of November, 1996. The James Philmon Sr. family came from North Carolina to Taylor County, Georgia in 1855 to the Panhandle. They are buried here near the family home at Philmon Branch.
