I sometimes forgot it and I failed to get __ ___ answers. I have heard of a few only and they were children. One man, a citizen of my Dist, I learned was killed in an adjoining county sometime in June, but as it is a mere report, I will only mention it here. The most persistent reported on this schedule had no physician as there is but one in my Dist and he is in the extreme upper part of the District. He promised me a list of the names of his practice but has not done so. If I get it, I will forward it to you. Y.H. Caldwell, Enumerator 77 Sub Divisin of the 5th Dist DAVIDSON V.A.
