Petition of Franes R. ANDERSON has given bond and security as natural guardian

on the 3rd day of Feb 18654 from William J. ANDERSON, Adm of John J. ANDERSON, 
dec'd, 11 Negroes and that several of said Negroes are children too small to 
hire 
out or separate from their mother, that they woul dnot now after over a month 
of the 
year gone, hire to an advantage. Your petitioner has rented land for herseld 
and 
believes it would be to the interest of her said wards that said Negroes 
belonging 
to the Estate be kept together and worked those that are able to work on her 
farm. 
Prays to be able to keep them together for this year. Prays for appointed

review Negroes and determine which your petition shall pay for the use of said 
Negroes for the remainder of the year and make and return to the Court of the

It appearing to the Court that it would be to the advantage of the estate of 
Martha 
NEWSOME, late dec'd, that all the property be kept together and worked for the 
benefit of said Estate.  Ordered that Joshua NEWSOME, Adm keep together the 
whole of 
estate, work and use the same until the 1st day of Jan next subject at all 
times to 
the control and direction of the Court.
