Cox of said county showeth that J.B. Peterman of said county is a lunatic and is subject to be committed to the Georgia State Sanitarium; that L.E. Peterman, C.J. Peterman, and Mrs. Vivil Lou Cox are the three nearest adult relatives of said J.B. Peterman and he prays that lawful notice of this application may be given and that a commission issue to investigate the same according to law. I.O. Cox Personally appeared, I.O. Cox and being duly sworn saith that the above petition is true, sworn to and subscribed before me, this 28th day of May 1917. A.H.
