Taylor principal and G.W. Hendricks and J.W.Brewer securities as guardians for minor children Georgia Taylor County Know all men by these presents that we, John Taylor, G.W. Hambrick, and J.W.Brewer acknowledge ourselves jointly and evenly bound unto the Ordinary of said County and his successors and assigns in the just and full sum of five hundred dollars, to the true payment of which well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and the heirs and executors of each of us jointly of these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 6th day of August 1888. The condition of the above bond or obligation is such that if the above bound John Taylor, who is this day appointed guardian of the persons and property of Thom.W.Taylor, Bessie B. Taylor, J.S.Taylor, WFL Taylor and S.C.Taylor, orphan children of Nancy D. Taylor, deceased, acknowledging of the same by his acceptance of said appointment and of letters of Guardianship of this date, shall will and truly maintain said orphans and property according to the laws of this state and shall annually make a just and true return of all his actings and doings unto said Ordinary and to pay over all assets that may remain in his hands when said guardianship to be void, else to remain in full force and remove ourselves and families all rights and benefits to Homestead Exemption made by the laws of this state.
