Georgia, Taylor County.
Personally  came before me, John Sturdivant, Justice of the Peace in and for 
said county,  Hiram Seger and after being duly sworn, desposeth and saith that 
he will not drink or use as a beverage one drop of Alcholic or Spritous Liquors 
unless administered by a Physician during his natural life.
