Now for consideration of $5 paid by Edwards and Russ, John Clarks conveys the tract of land lying in aforesaid county, and being part of Lot Number (blank) in 14th district containing 33 acres, being the place on which said John Clark now resides and bounded on the North by the land of Joab Willis, on the East by the "Old Ficklin place" on the South by the land Aiden Waning, and on the West by land of Wiliam Ficklin.
