Taylor County
This Indenture made this 7th day of October, 1908,
between E.B. Adams of the County and State aforesaid of
the first part, and Mrs. A.B. Adams of said County and
State of the second part.  Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the natural
love and affection he bears to party of the second part,
hereby grants, aliens, conveys and confirms unto said
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns the
following property to-wit: Whole lot of land number 136
and all of lot of land number 154, except 50 acres in the
North-east corner of said lot, two tracts of land
aggregating 352 ½ acres more or less in the Twelfth
District of Taylor County, Ga.  

It is hereby understood by both parties that The Georgia
Loan and Trust Co. holds a warranty deed to secure the
loan of $338.00 which deed shall be void upon the payment
in full of said loan, including interest thereon.  To
have and to hold said tract of land to the said Mrs. A.B.
Adams, her heirs and assigns against said party of the
first part, his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns and against all other persons whomsoever, so that
party of the second part shall hold said premises in fee
simple and said party of the first part hereby warrants
and forever defends by virtue of these persons.  In
witness whereof the said party has hereunto set his hand
and affixed his seal and delivered these presents the day
and year first above written.
