Georgia Taylor County Quit-Claim Deed This Indenture, made this the 7th day of June, 1924 by and between E.B. Adams of the County of Taylor, State of Georgia of the one part and Taylor County Bank of the County of Taylor and State of Georgia for the second part, Witnesseth: That for and in consideration of Four Hundred Sixty Three and 55/100 Dollars, to him in hand paid by the said Taylor County Bank receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said E.B. Adams party of the first part, do hereby bargain, sell and convey, and doth forever Quit-Claim unto the said party of the second part, the following described property, viz: All that tract or parcel of land lying, being and situated in the Town of Butler in the 13th and 14th Districts of Taylor County, Georgia and located on the South side of the South-Western Railroad (now called the Central of Georgia) and bounded as follows to-wit: On the North by the right of way of Central of Georgia Railroad, East by lands known as the E.B. Waters place where George Williamson now lives, south by lands of Mrs. Mamie McGee and west by lands of Mrs. Mamie McGee and Mrs. W.G. Mountol. This being the entire place where J.J. Windham resided on July 19, 1912, and containing five (5) acres more or less. To have and to hold unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof of the said party of the first part doth set his hand and seal the day and year first above written. E.B.
