In consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other
considerations to me in hand paid at and before the
sealing and delivering of these presents, the receipt
whereof I hereby acknowledged, Mrs. J.B. Albritton of the
County of Taylor and State of Georgia, her heirs and
assigns, a tract or parcel of land which is described as
follows: Lot Number Six in Block Three Hundred and
Fifteen, also Lot Number Twelve in Block Three Hundred
and Fifteen.  Said lands lying and being in the town of
Southland, Taylor County, Georgia.  

A plat of said land are on file in the Clerks office of
said Taylor County and this being the same lands deeded
to J.B. Albritton by W.G. Hill which deed is also the
same land deeded to J.B. Albritton by Jake McGlamery, and
also the land deeded to J.B. Albritton by W.N. Fowler,
both deeds being recorded in the Clerks office of said
Taylor County.  The consideration of this deed is that
the said Mrs. C.J. Peacock is to take care of me during
my life.  To have and to hold said land together with all
and singular the rights, members and appurtenances
thereto or in any wise appertaining, unto said Mrs. J.B.
Albritton, her heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, in Fee Simple.  I warrant the title to said land
against lawful claims of all persons.  In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this the
10th day of October 1929.
