Atkinson and Lot Atkinson, of the second part. Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and recitals herein contained, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained, sold and does by these presents bargain, sell, remise, release and forever quit-claim to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, all right, title interest, claim or demand which the said party of the first part has or may have had in and to all of ten (10) acres of land with the improvements thereon situated in the northeast corner of lot of land number One Hundred and Seventy Five (175); bounded on the north and east by Dorcas Dixon, and on the south and west by lands of Sam Huey. Also, the east half of lot of land number One Hundred Forty Six, containing One Hundred One and One Quarter (101 ¼) acres, more or less, the above described lands aggregating One Hundred Eleven and One Quarter (111 ¼) more or less, situate, lying and being in the Twelfth (12th) District of Taylor County, Georgia. (Farmers & Merchants Bank has recovered judgements against E.B. and Lot Atkinson and this deed is filed and recorded for the purpose of levy and sale) With all the rights, members, and appurtenances to the said bargained premises in anywise appertaining or belonging. To have and to hold the said bargained premises unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, so that neither the said party of the first part, nor its successors nor any other person or persons claiming under it, shall, at any time, claim or demand any right, title, or interest to the aforesaid bargained premises or its appurtenances. In witness whereof, the said party of the first part hath hereunto set its hand and affixed its corporate seal, the day and year first above written.
