Schley County
For and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
dollars to me in hand paid by Hamilton H. Hill of the
County of Taylor and State aforesaid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, Sarah Creekman of the
County of Marion and State aforementioned hereby give
bargain sell alien and convey unto the said H. Hill, his
heirs and assigns Lot of Land No. One Hundred and Thirty
Three (133) containing One Hundred and Thirty acres (130)
more or less being the west half of said Lot.  To have
and to hold said tract or parcel of land together with
all privileges and appurtenances in any wise belonging in
Fee Simple.  In testimony whereof the said Sarah Creekman
has hereunto set her name and seal this second day of
November 1867.
