Taylor County
This Indenture made this twenty fifth day of December,
Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Three between John Forshee of
said State and County of the one part and Sarah Fagan
daughter of the said John Forshee of the same place of
the other part.  Witnesseth that the said John Forshee
for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars cash
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and for and in consideration of the natural love and
affection which he has and bears to his said daughter
hath given, granted and conveyed and doth by these
presents give, grant and convey to the said Sarah Fagan
and her children all that tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the Third District originally
Muscogee now Schley and Taylor Counties known by the
number (133) One Hundred and Thirty Three, containing One
Hundred and Twenty acres more or less being the west part
of said Lot.  To have and to hold said tract or parcel of
land to her said Sarah Fagan and children together with
all and singular the rights members and appurtenances to
the same in any manner belonging to per testimony whereof
the said John Forshee hath hereunto set his hand and
affixed his seal the day and year above written. John
