From John Forshee to J. H. McElmurray State of Georgia Taylor County For and in consideration of the sum of two hundred seventy five dollars to me in hand paid by J. H. McElmurray of the aforesaid county and State, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I John Forshee of said county and State above mentioned do hereby give grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the said J. H. McElmurray, his heirs and assigns Lots of Land numbers (156) one hundred fifty six and (164) one hundred sixty four in the (3rd) third district of originally Muscogee, now Taylor County of said State containing seventy one acres more or less, being fifty acres of number one hundred sixty four and twenty one acres of lot (156) one hundred fifty six, being twenty acres on east side of said lot running clear across said lot from North to South and one acre on the North Eastern side of the same lot number one hundred and fifty six, and lot(164) one hundred sixty four, fifty acres more or less being in the North West corner of said lot. Together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging in fee simple.
