Garrett, E. to Bethlehem Church page 291 Deed Book D - May 14, 1870 This indenture made and entered into this the 14th of May in the year of our Lord 1870 between Enoch Garrett aforesaid of the one part and John Mott and Sterling Pittman Deacons for Bethlehem Church of the same place of the other part. Witnessed that for and in consideration of the natural love he has for the Primitive Baptist Church at Bethlehem hat given granted and conveyed give release and quit claim o said John Mott & Sterling Pittman, Deacons as aforesaid and their Successor in office , the following described Land being No 89 13th Dist originally Muscogee now Taylor being a part of said lot containing 4 acres around Spring - East of said church with all the rights members and appurtenance to said plat of land in anywise appertaining or belonging to have and to hold so long as there is a Primitve Church on said land.
