This Indenture made this the thirty first day of January in the year Eighteen 
Hundred and Fifty six between Willis Jinks of the county and state aforesaid on 
the one part and Irvin Williams of the same place of the other part.

Witnesseth that the said Willis Jinks for an in consideration of the sum of on 
hundred & fifty dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing & delivery of 
these present the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, 
bargained and sold and so by these present, grant, bargain, and sell unto the 
said Irvin Williams all that lot or parcel of land siutated lying and being in 
the twelfth (12) district of originally Muscogee and now Taylor County known as 
lot number eighty four (84) to have and to hold sai dlot or parcel of land unto 
him the said Irwin Williams, his heirs and assigns together with all and 
singular the rights members, and appurtenances thereof to have and same 
belonging or in any manner belonging to have and their own proper benefit and 
behoof forever in fee simple and the said Willis Jinks for himself, his heirs, 
executors, administrators, and will warrant and defend the right and title 
thereof against him and themselves and against the claim of all and every other 
person or persons whatsoever.

In witness, the said Willis Jinks, has hereunto set his hand and seal this day 
and year first written.
