Jinks the following lot or parcel of land lying and being in the twelfth District of originally Muscogee, now Taylor County known in the plan of said District by the number One Hundred & Nineteen (119) containing two hundred and a half acres more or less. To have and to hold the said lot or parcel of land unto him the said John F. Jinks, his heirs and assigns together with all and singular , the rights members and appertenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging or in any wise appertaining to him and their own proper use benefited and behoof forever in fee simple, and the said Willis Jinks for himself, his heirs, assignas the aboe bargained premises do warrant and foreveer defend the right and title thereof against him, his assigns and heirs.
