Land Lots 5 & 6 - Old Agency Land

Lot number 5 in the old agency reserve west of the Flint River.


James Griffith on March 17, 1836 purchased lot six from Uriah
Perkins Deed recorded in  Stewart County.  

On April 21, 1836 James Griffith sold lot 6 to William L.
Johnson.  

On May 12, 1836, Gideon Johnson sold lot 5 to James Griffith.  

On January 9, 1837 James Griffith sold to William Howard
Griffith lot 5.  

On Dec. 31, 1838 Robert B. Washington sold to William H.
Griffith lot number 221.  

On February 1, 1839 JAMES GRIFFITH SOLD TO WILLIAM HOWARD
GRIFFITH LAND IN PLOT 5 - this specifies that James Griffith
lives on the south end of this plot which is being sold to
William who will hold the deed.  Oct. 2, 1839
