Taylor County Georgia Deeds Luther Ham to John Forshee File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by "Harris Hill" Table of Contents page: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/taylor.htm Georgia Table of Contents: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm Page 366, deed book unknown, Taylor County courthouse, Butler, GA LUTHER HAM TO JOHN FORSHEE State of Georgia Taylor County For and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid by John Forshee of the aforesaid county and State, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged I Luther Ham of said county and state above mentioned do hereby give grant bargain sell alien and convey unto the said John Forshee, his heirs and assigns Lots of Land number 156 and one hundred fifty six and 164 one hundred sixty four in the third district originally Muscogee now Taylor County in said State containing seventy acres more or less being fifty acres of number one hundred and sixty four and twenty acres of lot number 156 being twenty acres on the East line of said Lot running clear across said Lot from North to South and Lot number(164) fifty acres more or less being in the Northwest corner of said lot. Together with all privileges and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging in fee simple. In testimony whereof the said Luther Ham has hereto set his hand and seal this 22nd day of November 1866.
