In consideration of the sum of Five dollars to me paid,
I, W.G. Hill of the County of Taylor and State of Georgia
do hereby sell and convey unto J.B. Albritton Sr. of the
County of Taylor and State of Georgia, his heirs and
assigns, a tract or parcel of land which is described as
follows: Lot Number (6) Six, Block (315) Three Hundred
Fifteen.  Also Lot Number (12) Twelve Block (315) Three
Hundred and Fifteen.  Said land being and lying in the
town of Southland, Taylor County, Georgia Map of which is
recorded in Clerks office of said County.  

To have and to hold said land, together with all and
singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto
or in anywise appertaining, unto said J.B. Albritton, his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in Fee
Simple.  I warrant the title to said land against the
lawful claims of all persons.  In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this the 4th
day of June 1918.
