County of Taylor} 

This Indenture made this the twentieth day of
January Eighteen hundred and fifty five between
Rowland Hudson of the one part and Allen Hudson of
the other part of the State and County aforesaid,
Witnesseth that the said Rowland Hudson for and in
consideration of the sum of Six Hundred Dollars to
him in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold,
and conveyed and does by these presents grant,
bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Allen Hudson
his heirs and assigns the following lot or parcel of
land lying and being in the twelfth district of
originally Muscogee now Taylor County. It being the
west half of lot number one hundred and ninety one
containing one hundred acres more or less. To have
and to hold the said lot or parcel of land unto him
the said Allen Hudson his heirs and assigns together
with all and singular the rights, members and
appertunances thereof to the same in any manner
belonging to their own proper use, benefit, and
behoof forever in fee simple, and the said Rowlan
Hudson for himself his heirs and assigns will
warrant the said bargained premises unto the said
Allen Hudson his heirs and assigns will warrant and
forever defend the right and title thereof against
themselves or against the claims of all persons
whatever. In witness whereof the said Rowland Hudson
has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the
day and year above written.  Signed sealed and
delivered in presence of William Bryan & Elias W.
Bowden, J.P.            Rowlin Hudson
