Georgia, Taylor County}  For and in consideration of
the sum of  Two hundred and Fifty Dollars in hand
paid by John L. Hudson of the aforesaid County and
State the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. I
John Hudson of said County and State above mentioned
do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, and
convey unto the said L.  Hudson his heirs and
assigns lot of land number 193 one hundred and
ninety three in the twelfth district of originally
Muscogee now Taylor County being fifty acres of said
lot of land in the north corner of said lot of land
together with all priviledges and appertunances
thereof to any wise belonging in fee Simple. 

In testimony whereof the said John Hudson has
hereunto set his hand and seal.

of September 1859.
