Childs, Enoch Garrett Jr and Jordan S. Wilchar, Trustee of White Water Academy gift 2 ac SW corner LL113 in 12 District. This indenture made this twentieth day of December in the year of One Thousand Eight hundred and Seventy three between Samuel J. Huey of the State and County aforesaid of the one part and John F. Jinks, Henry J Ruffin, William H. Jinks, Toliver L Jinks, Robert M. Garrett, Benjamin T. Waters, John A. Childs, Enoch Garret Jr and Jordan S. Wilchar Trustees of White Water Academy of the same place of the other part. Witnessth that the said Samuel J. Huey for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted & conveyed and by these presents doth grant and convey unto the said Trustees and their successors for the purpose of building a school house or Academy on the same. Two acres of land near the South West corner of Lot of Land No 113 in the 12th District of originally Muscogee now Taylor County to have and to hold the said described parcel of land with all the rights members & appurtenance thereto attached so long as the same is used or held for educational purposes and should it at any time become necessary to move the school house or for any cause the same should cease to be used for educational purposes then the land is to revert back & become the property of whoever may at that time be the owner of the balance of said lot of land No 113 in the 12th District. And the said Samuel J. Huey on his part and his executors & administrators will forever warrant and defend the right & title thereof against the claims of himself his heirs and assigns and all other persons whatsoever so long as the same is held and used for the purposes before mentioned.
