Taylor County Deed Jinks, Willis to Jinks, Henry -1874 DEED BOOK G p 509 Deed from WILLIS JINKS to HENRY JINKS This indenture made this 30th day of March 1874 between WILLIS JINKS of the one part and HENRY JINKS son of said WILLIS JINKS of the other part both of the state and county aforesaid. Witnesseth that for and in consideration fo the mutual love and affection that he has for his said son, HENRY JINKS, and her children hath given and granted and conveyed unto said HENRY JINKS and his children all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 12th DISTRICT of originally Muscogee now Taylor County known and distinguished as Lot #138 one hundred and Thirty eight containing two hundred two and one half acres 202 1/2 more or less. To have and to hold the said tract of land unto the said Henry as to the same in fee simple.
