Deed from WILLIS JINKS to JENNIE RUFFIN

This indenture made this  third (3rd) day of February 1885 between WILLIS JINKS of the one part and MARY A. JINKS, wife of his said Willis Jinks son, William H. Jinks of the county of Taylor of the other part.  Witnesseth that the said Willis JINKS, for and in consideration of the mutual love and affection that he has for his said daughter-in-law, said MARY A. JINKS, hath given and granted and conveyed unto said MARY A JINKS and her heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 12th DISTRICT of originally Muscogee now Taylor County known and distinguished as Lot #151 one hundred and Fifty One containing two hundred two and one half acres 202 1/2 more or less.  

To have and to hold the said tract of land unto the said Mary A. Jinks as to the same in fee simple. Intestimony whereof the said WILLIS JINKS hath hereunto set his hand and afford his seal the day and year above written.
